Hi Matty. Welcome to the Forum. The WD2 is a good engine to start with, quite easy to dismantle and work on. The areas of trouble should be easily rectified, the stuck valve will probably come free without too much work. Missing bits can be sourced on ebay. It's amazing how many of these engines wer...

Hi Barrie. Nice pickup, new exhaust?? Your serial is quite early in the run, I would put the build date around early 1946. Hope this helps.
